Our Key Achievements
Phone Management: We answered a remarkable 2,554 phone calls and made 729 calls on behalf of our clients. That’s a lot of conversations dedicated to keeping businesses running smoothly!
Communication: Our team spent a total of 40 hours and 44 minutes on the phone and responded to 924 client emails. Effective communication is at the heart of what we do.
Engagement: We sent out three newsletters and posted 28 updates on social media, ensuring our clients stayed informed and connected with their audience.

While we were busy achieving these milestones, we also faced some unexpected “stuff” happening in the lives of our staff. This unpredictability, combined with the crazy spring weather in Victoria, brought about a freak storm that disrupted schedules for many of our clients, particularly those in the trades. At one point, about half of our staff lost power!
